How does Cardrly work?
Invite a customer through an SMS link, QR code or NFC product. They open your branded page and share their experience. Your team can then manage campaigns, view reports and display connected reviews on your website.
Do customers need a Cardrly app?
No Cardrly app is needed to open the review link or scan the QR code. Customers use their phone browser. Posting to Google may require them to sign in to their own Google account.
Can I customize the review page?
Yes. Use Direct Link or Reactions, customize the page text and choose faces, thumbs or hearts. Preview the customer journey on mobile before sharing it.
How does private feedback work?
Customers can describe a concern in a private form and request follow-up. This gives your team more context to address the issue. Public review options should remain available to every customer, regardless of their experience.
What do the AI replies do?
Multi-language AI replies help your team respond to customer reviews. Review drafts for accuracy and tone before using them. The interactive example on this website uses preset replies and does not post to your account.
What is included in the pricing?
Every plan includes unlimited campaigns and collected reviews, review links and QR codes, Direct Link & Reactions, multi-language AI replies, analytics and reporting, and a Live Reviews Widget. Plans differ by monthly SMS allowance and location connections. Starter begins at $14.99 per month.
How many SMS requests and locations are included?
Starter includes 250 SMS requests per month and 1 location. Small Business includes 500 requests and 3 locations. Premium includes 2,500 requests and 5 locations. See Pricing for the exact monthly and yearly totals.
Can I display reviews on my website?
Yes. The Live Reviews Widget lets you embed connected reviews on your website. The supplied Cardrly layouts include a carousel and a list. Updates depend on the connected source refresh schedule.
